Hull Time Based Arts (HTBA) emerged in 1984 from the underground activity of artists, filmmakers, theorists and musicians interested in presenting and promoting their work and the work of others.
Through festivals, bursaries, commissions, residencies, screenings and exhibitions, HTBA supports and promotes the work of artists using video, sound, live performance and new technologies.
